Orange

What did I tell you guys on day 1, Team Orange, the WE Side Scientists, are the best group!! We definitely were!! That is all because you guys did such an awesome job at everything. Every step of the way you guys went above and beyond our expectations. You are all sooooo smart and should be very proud of the work you did this week. I know we are gonna rock the Freedom School when we do our presentation. Recognize: Nancy, Layshawn, Travis, Kendall, Khadijah, and Evan…the one the only WE Side Scientist, none of it would have been possible if you all weren’t so incredible. Oh and special thanks to Brother Jeremy, make sure you all thank him for all the hard work he does for you guys. Now we just pump up for presentation, can’t wait to see you all Monday.

Today was a day that we had to work very fast but very hard. Even though we had to work fast we got our work done. {we side} had some complications we were a little argumentative today but we got it together. we made up a chant and cheer kind of from freedom school but rearranged the words. we completed our presentaion

today was very fun!

Today was the last day we finished up everything we worked on for the past couple of days.We got on the computers and started and finished our slide shows.Then we combined all of our slide shows together to make one big presentation that will be shown to the children, friends and family’s of Freedom school.After we finished our slide shows we made up a chant which was originally from Freedom school and made our own of Charlotte Beach.

omg we are having a time of our life! we went to the library today and we figured out that our hypothesis was not exactly what we were looking for. we did about three different data charts trying to gather our data and see which one fits. then we decided to use the line graph. we learned that the x value is independent which represented the temperature on our graph and that the y axis is dependent which represented the secchi disk. we are from freedom school but at this college called U of R being scientist and we call ourselves {WE SIDE}, yes the orange rocks. we also learned how to use keynote and excel and inspiration. i liked the keynote because it brings out my creativity and its very fun, it get me into a happier mood and its very interesting. today was fun cant wait until tomorrow.

Today as was a great day for me. Even though that our hypothesis came out to be false. In the library we learned how to use the new excel on the mac computer to make our graph. We made a line graph by hand but then it came out to be not very accurate so then thats when we used he computer. After lunch me and Alicia used a new version of Inspiration to make a concept map of why water is dirty. Then Kristian showed me how to used Keynote , it’s like another version of a power point.

Today we organized our hypothesis on how temperature makes algae grow and we did a chart on all of the information we had from the two days we went to the beach. We all watched when we were shown how to make a slid show.

WE Side Scientist you are all doing a great job!! We’ve gotten so much important work done, that is awesome! Keep up the good work, Alicia, Kristin, and I are all very proud of you. Congratulations Layshawn, Evan, and Alicia for getting on T.V.

today was madd fun .this wass the best day we ever hadd since we been here we finally got into the lab and we got some good food and we hadd some free time at the end and we took alott of picz.
