Test Plan

First and formost i am Keke… I am going to tell you about a test plan we been working on the last couples of days … Well for most of the part it is very interesting because we are thinking of ways on how we can make our beach a better place not just for our environment but for ever creature, animals ,humans, plant ect.

Our interpretation

Possible Reasons for our Results

1) Bacteria may have died

2) There was no bacteria in our sample (or there was not enough)

3) Needed to incubate longer (like our cough plates)

4) Maybe the salt killed off the bacteria

5) Too much heat

6) Survival of the fittest (other bacteria killed the other bacteria)

7) We May have contaminated the samples

8) Plated bacteria at the beach

9) Not enough Dissolved Oxygen

10) Incubated them too long

Suggestions

1) Repeat our experiment

2) Don’t tip them over

3) se different amount of salt

4)More than 1 temp

5) Should have labeled the samples more

Roc City’s Finest, Get like us

Hi RCF!

Good morning RCF! We’re glad to see you’ve made it your  blog and we look forward to seeing how you make it better and your own. Keep in mind, please don’t use your last name or any other specifics that would identify you (birthday, address, phone #, or DNA sequence). Also, while we’re working on computers for the next couple of days, please stay focused and off of MySpace. We have a LOT to do to prepare our presentations. Good luck! By the way, we’ve added all of your pictures from the past three days to the media gallery here if you would like to use them.
